The research and interface comparisons explain what changed and why. Recorded checks support the review; Ronald’s acceptance and approved commercial inputs remain separate decisions.
PRESERVED RESEARCH / 9 SEPTEMBER 2026
Where the price came from.
The original report contains dated Northern Cape material observations, named stores and units, a worked delivery example, and mobile before-and-after captures. It preserves the findings as recorded at that checkpoint.
These are historical benchmark observations, not current supplier quotations or approved installed rates. Ten local material observations came from one retailer. The report records the stated offer dates and the limits of the comparison.
Market aggregation no longer calls the historical category heuristic. An explicit configured allowance is applied once and remains a planning assumption. A national fallback is labelled approximate; observed local prices are kept distinct.
Dates and units
Offer dates and retrieval dates stay separate. Expired and future market offers are excluded by the resolver. Quote pricing rejects missing or mismatched units instead of guessing a conversion.
Province and scope
The recovered app offers all nine provinces and a Settings default that can be overridden for the actual job. Invoice-only changes and reviewed project/company cost updates retain their own scope and evidence.
Saved work and documents
The synthetic restore rehearsal checked the database, uploaded files and four issued invoices. Private hosted checks exercised login, province settings and an audited, unapproved assistant draft. These checks do not certify every production setting.
Software checks establish the tested safeguards. They do not establish supplier stock, delivery terms, independent corroboration, installed construction rates or approved coverage in every province.
INSPECT THE RECORDED INPUTS
A dated, traceable data pack.
The observations retain their source URLs, retrieval dates, units, VAT basis, location, known offer dates and evidence hashes. They remain review data and have not been approved for the company cost book.
Compare the report with an actual demonstration invoice. Trace the item, unit, source, scope and total. Record missing evidence and the person responsible for confirming it before using a price commercially.
