Welcome to Commercial OS Academy. This course shows you how to prepare, adjust and check a construction invoice, with help from Lerato. We are using a demonstration workspace. The people, prices and banking details you see are examples.

Start with the account your organisation has supplied. After signing in, check the company shown in the workspace. This matters if you work with more than one business.

The navigation gives you access to customers, projects, quotations and invoices. You do not need to learn every screen before starting. For an existing invoice, choose Invoices and open the correct document. Keep the customer name and project in view as you work.

Before asking the system to prepare commercial information, gather the approved scope, quantities, units and any supplier quotation. Lerato can help organise those facts. It should not replace a missing agreed price with a guess.

In this course, we will open an invoice, work directly on the page, ask for help, manage price changes and check the final document. You can pause a lesson and practise each step. The course remembers your progress on this device. Your first task is simple: find the document you want to work on and confirm whose job it belongs to.

Opens an email draft for you to review and send. Please leave out passwords, customer records and banking details.
